Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and water to the pitcher.
- Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
Notes
- Use seedless watermelon for a smoother drink.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar as per your taste.
