Description

Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a delicious twist on a classic recipe. The eggs are filled with a creamy, spicy mixture that includes garlic and chili, providing a burst of flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, then let eggs cook for 9-12 minutes.
  2. Once eggs are cooked, drain water and let eggs cool.
  3. Peel eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mix yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to fully cool the eggs before peeling them.
  • Add more chili powder for extra spice.
  • These can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated.
