Description
A refreshing and fruity iced tea made with ripe mangoes, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- While the tea is steeping, blend the diced mangoes until smooth.
- After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
- Combine the mango puree with the sweetened tea and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/sugar.
- For a stronger mango flavor, use more mangoes.
- Try adding a splash of lime juice for a citrus twist.
