- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and coffee.
- Gradually mix in flour and salt. Pour batter into a greased pan.
- Bake for 25-30 min. Let cool slightly, drizzle with warm caramel sauce.

- For extra richness, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Substitute caramel sauce with chocolate syrup for a twist.
