Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Gradually add the milk, mixing until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup and non-dairy milk.
