Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add chicken, garlic, and onion; cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in chicken broth; simmer for 10 mins.
  5. Add gnocchi and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream; cook for 5 mins.
  7. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Make it vegetarian by using vegetable broth and omitting chicken.
