A comforting and creamy dish with tender chicken and pillowy gnocchi
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb gnocchi
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add chicken, garlic, and onion; cook until chicken is browned.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth; simmer for 10 mins.
- Add gnocchi and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream; cook for 5 mins.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
- Make it vegetarian by using vegetable broth and omitting chicken.
