Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
