Description

Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are delicious, bite-sized snacks filled with seasoned ground beef and gooey cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a small amount of cheese in the center of each biscuit piece.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
