Description
Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are delicious, bite-sized snacks filled with seasoned ground beef and gooey cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two pieces.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a small amount of cheese in the center of each biscuit piece.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your choice of spices to the beef mixture.
- Can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or barbecue.
