Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mini pepperoni, black olives, mozzarella balls, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Add the chopped basil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
