- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss in the spiralized zucchini noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a lower calorie version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
