Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the peanut butter and melted white chocolate, mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake.
Slice and serve the cheesecake garnished with white chocolate chips.
