Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
  4. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until the edges begin to freeze.
  5. Scrape the mixture with a fork to create fluffy ice crystals.
  6. Return to the freezer and scrape every 30 minutes until fully frozen.
  7. Serve in chilled bowls or cups.

Notes

  • Granita can be made a day ahead and stored in the freezer.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on the sweetness of the watermelon.
