Description
A delicious Turkey Melt featuring layers of melted cheddar cheese, fresh spinach, and crispy bacon, all sandwiched between toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach, and bacon on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
- Melt the butter in the skillet, then place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- For a healthier version, use whole grain bread.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like tomatoes or onions.
- Serve with a side salad or chips for a complete meal.
