- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly soft.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and dried basil, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tomatoes start to soften.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
