- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the ganache mixture.
- Pour the ganache into the pre-baked tart shell and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool before serving. Optionally, top with additional blueberries for garnish.
