Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
