This Texas Roadhouse Salmo recipe combines sweet and savory flavors to create a delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. The marinade adds a depth of flavor to the salmon, making it tender and juicy when grilled.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and onion powder to make the marinade.
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Remove salmon from marinade and discard excess marinade.
Grill salmon for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
