Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup of sushi rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the salmon fillets and brush with teriyaki sauce. Cook until done.
  5. Peel and slice the avocados.
  6. In a serving dish, layer the sushi rice, avocado slices, and salmon fillets. Drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce.
  7. Top with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
