- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked taco meat (beef or turkey)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced olives (optional)
Instructions
- Spread sour cream evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer taco meat, cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives on top of the sour cream.
- Starting at one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, remove from the refrigerator and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with additional salsa or dip as desired.
