  • 1 cup seasoned ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the seasoned ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Warm the flour tortilla in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make it pliable.
  4. Layer the seasoned beef in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, diced onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and taco sauce on top of the beef.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  7. Place the burrito seam side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burrito is heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half to serve.
