Delicious Sweet Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Rolls

- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each dough triangle.
- Place sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll up the triangles, starting from the wider end.
- Brush each roll with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add a drizzle of honey or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- You can use other berries like blueberries or raspberries for a different twist.
