  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 1/2 cup red chili flakes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  3. While the chicken is baking, cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth.
  5. Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in the cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Stir until well coated.
  7. Serve the baked honey pepper chicken with the creamy macaroni cheese.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of red chili flakes according to your preference for spiciness.
  • The chicken can also be grilled instead of baked if preferred.
  • For a more cheesy macaroni, add more cheese to the sauce.
