Instructions

  3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the pineapple chunks with their juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
