- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Mix well until all the vegetables are coated with the sauce.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Seal the edge with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes each.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a healthier option, you can bake the spring rolls at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes instead of frying.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve maximum crispiness.
