Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Mix well until all the vegetables are coated with the sauce.
  3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. Seal the edge with a little water.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
