Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blueberries, and strawberries.
- Add the chopped mint leaves, honey, and lemon juice.
- Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other fruits like mango or kiwi.
- Adjust the sweetness with more or less honey according to your taste.
- This salad can be made a few hours in advance; just keep it refrigerated.
