- 1/2 cup lemon curd
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, honey, egg yolk, and salt until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into tart pans and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- While the crusts are cooling, whip the heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of honey until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently into the whipped cream.
- Fill the cooled tart shells with the strawberry cream mixture.
- Top each tart with a dollop of lemon curd.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
