Description

A delicious layered cheesecake combining strawberry crunch and banana pudding flavors for a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add heavy whipping cream and beat until fluffy.
  5. In another bowl, prepare banana pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  6. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the banana pudding layer, and then the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle strawberry crunch topping on the top layer.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight.
  • Feel free to substitute the strawberries with other fruits if desired.
