- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
- ½ cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream and beat until fluffy.
- In another bowl, prepare banana pudding with milk according to package instructions.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the banana pudding layer, and then the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle strawberry crunch topping on the top layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight.
- Feel free to substitute the strawberries with other fruits if desired.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
