Decadent fudgy brownies topped with a delightful strawberry crunch layer for a perfect dessert.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter (for topping)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and then whisk in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the brownies are baking, combine the freeze-dried strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Once the brownies are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the strawberry crunch mixture on top.
- If using, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of espresso powder to the brownie batter.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
