Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and then whisk in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. While the brownies are baking, combine the freeze-dried strawberries, crushed graham crackers, and melted butter in a bowl.
  8. Once the brownies are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the strawberry crunch mixture on top.
  9. If using, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  10. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a pinch of espresso powder to the brownie batter.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
