A delicious blend of rich chocolate brownies with a sweet and crunchy strawberry topping.

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 cup of strawberry preserves
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a brownie pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the brownies are baking, melt the white chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the strawberry preserves until well combined.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and spread the strawberry mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle the crushed strawberries over the strawberry layer and gently press them into the mixture.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- You can substitute the strawberry preserves with any other fruit preserves of your choice.
- Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
