Strawberry Crunch Brownies

Description

A delicious blend of rich chocolate brownies with a sweet and crunchy strawberry topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 cup of strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of crushed freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a brownie pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While the brownies are baking, melt the white chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the strawberry preserves until well combined.
  5. Remove the brownies from the oven and spread the strawberry mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed strawberries over the strawberry layer and gently press them into the mixture.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • You can substitute the strawberry preserves with any other fruit preserves of your choice.
  • Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
