Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
