  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to cook the frozen fries according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and set aside.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
  6. Assemble the burritos by placing some cooked steak, fries, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  7. Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  8. Optional: Heat the wrapped burritos in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
  9. Serve with optional toppings as desired.
