Steak & Cheese Dirty Fry Burritos are a decadent fusion of seasoned steak, melted cheese, and crispy fries wrapped in a warm tortilla.

- 1 lb flank steak, sliced
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to cook the frozen fries according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and set aside.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the burritos by placing some cooked steak, fries, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Optional: Heat the wrapped burritos in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla.
- Serve with optional toppings as desired.
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
- These burritos can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
