- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat each fish piece in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.

- Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
