- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes before peeling.
- Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and chili flakes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
