Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes before peeling.
  3. Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and chili flakes.
