- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
