Ingredients

- 2 cups grilled chicken, sliced
- 1 large tortilla
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
- Warm the tortilla in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the romaine lettuce and the chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll it up.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- This wrap can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
