Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and peppers, stirring well to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
