2 lbs octopus, cleaned and thawed if frozen
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the cleaned octopus to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade.
Place the octopus on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes per side or until charred and tender.
