- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then pour in the white wine and simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, shrimp mixture, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- This dish pairs well with a fresh green salad.
