  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then pour in the white wine and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a baking dish, layer noodles, shrimp mixture, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
