- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still has some texture.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For a healthier version, bake the shrimp balls at 375°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
