Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in snow peas and soy sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the peas are tender-crisp.
