Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
