- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute any of the vegetables based on your preference.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
