- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the crab meat and heavy cream. Stir gently to combine.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
