Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup seafood stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant, then add shrimp and scallops, cooking until just opaque.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, heavy cream, seafood stock, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the seafood mixture, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.

  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
  • Feel free to substitute any seafood of your choice.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and cream.
