- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup seafood stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant, then add shrimp and scallops, cooking until just opaque.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, heavy cream, seafood stock, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the seafood mixture, and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Feel free to substitute any seafood of your choice.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and cream.
