- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of diced onion
- 1 cup of diced beef
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas and carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the diced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the cooked rice and stir to combine with the beef and onions.
- Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs and then mix with the rice.
- Add the frozen peas and carrots, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
