Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of diced onion
  • 1 cup of diced beef
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas and carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the diced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine with the beef and onions.
  5. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs and then mix with the rice.
  6. Add the frozen peas and carrots, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
