- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and ginger to taste.
- Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
