Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage (Italian or your choice)
- 2 cups of bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup of zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the bell peppers and zucchini, cooking until softened.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the tomatoes are heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
