Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
