Ingredients
1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, red bell pepper, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small patties.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the salmon patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
