These delicious salmon balls are packed with flavor and make a perfect appetizer or main dish. The creamy avocado sauce adds a refreshing and creamy element to the dish.
Ingredients
1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the salmon into small chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and beaten egg. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the salmon balls with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon balls are cooked through and golden brown.
While the salmon balls are baking, prepare the creamy avocado sauce.
