- 1 lb sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Stir in the biscuit mix until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, use hot sausage or add jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
